Weigh Price Labeling NGP 2

Version of the NGP series weight-price labeller, to print and apply the labels on the upper surface of the packages in transit after the weighing phase.
Model with 2 motorized belts for intermediate productivity, which allows to realize completely automated packaging lines and weighing equipment at low cost and extreme versatility.
Like all machines NGP, is certified in accordance with MID MI 006 (Measurement instrument Directive 2014/32 / UE) in precision class Y (a).
Available in versions with verification division and from 1 g, 2 g, 5 g, and maximum capacities from 1.5 kg, up to 30 kg, with minimum values ​​from 20 g to 100 g.
The 2-belt configuration requires that the packages arrive already spaced and correctly timed on the first weighing belt.
The dimensions of the conveyor belts can be optimized according to the products to be treated, with custom versions for extra long products.

The machine, like all NGP systems:

• it is equipped with a 15 “touch panel for the simple management of the command functions and for the visual composition of the print layout,
• it is available in versions for labels up to 90 mm or 120 mm wide with direct thermal or thermal transfer technology,
• allows printing of images or logos,
• supports printing and management of the most popular barcodes including QR code and Data Matrix,
• internally supports the programming of totals for the logistic management of production at different levels,
• can have application systems with motorized arm, airjet, or pneumatic cylinder
• natively allows connection to IT systems for the collection and sending of production data information,
• can be combined with an external totalization system for the automatic packaging and labeling of boxes for shipping and logistics procedures.
