Banding / sleeving machines for trays

Ennegi is able to produce customized systems for inserting trays in closed strips made of pre-glued and die-cut cardboard.
The systems are designed and built for the best integration into existing packaging lines with the necessary attention to synchronization and alignment systems.
The output of the packages is optimized for subsequent stages of marking, labeling or stacking and boxing.
The geometric forming system of the cardboard packaging is made by means of suction cups and pneumatic systems to allow the correct insertion of the trays in the promotional packaging.

This line of machines is the optimal solution to allow automated use and with a low impact in terms of labor of an extremely pleasant and low environmental impact packaging,  considering the easy separation of the plastic part.
