Special model for tilting packaging machines, which allows you to create completely automated packaging lines and weighing equipment at low cost and extreme versatility.
If required, it can be integrated with a modular frame that allows reaching the standard heights for automated production lines.
Available with remote Touch panel for maximum ergonomics, ease of use increasing efficiency and productivity.
Like all machines NGP, is certified compliant with MID MI 006 (Measurement instrument Directive 2014/32 / UE) in precision class Y (a).
Available in versions with verification division and from 1 g, 2 g, 5 g, and maximum capacities from 1.5 kg, up to 30 kg, with minimum values ​​from 20 g to 100 g.
The 2-belt configuration allows correct operation, exploiting the maximum productivity of the used packaging machines.
The dimensions of the conveyor belts can be optimized according to the products to be treated, with customized versions for extra long products.

The machine like all NGP systems:

• it is available in versions for labels up to 90 mm or 120 mm wide with direct thermal or thermal transfer technology,
• allows printing of images or logos,
• supports printing and management of the most popular barcodes including QR code and Data Matrix,
• internally supports the programming of totals for the logistic management of production at different levels,
• natively allows connection to IT systems for the collection and sending of production data information,
• can be combined with an external totalization system for the automatic packaging and labeling of boxes for shipping and logistics procedures.
