Version of the NGP series weight-price labeller or Check weigh, to print and apply the labels on the front or upper or side surface of the boxes (up to 30 kg) in transit after the weighing phase.
Like all machines, NGP is certified in accordance with MID MI 006 (Measurement instrument Directive 2014/32 / UE) in precision class Y (a) and XIII(1).
Available in versions with verification division of 5 g, and maximum capacity, up to 30 kg, with minimum value of 100 g.
The multiple-belt configuration allows the correct cycling of the packages preventing problems of connection to other production lines.
The dimensions of the conveyor belts can be optimized according to the products to be treated, including customized versions for extra long or wide products.
The application of the label allows the easiest communication mean of the infos regarding the content of the product, its treaceability and logistic. It can be well combined with an automatic additional printer for totals totalizer and with a Rotating Table or free rollers for the collection of products

The machine, like all NGP systems:

• it is equipped with a 15 “touch panel for the simple management of the command functions and for the visual composition of the print layout,
• it is available in versions for labels up to 90 mm or 120 mm wide with direct thermal or thermal transfer technology,
• allows printing of images or logos,
• supports printing and management of the most popular barcodes including QR code and Data Matrix,
• internally supports the programming of totals for the logistic management of production at different levels,
• can have application systems with motorized arm, airjet, or pneumatic cylinder,
• natively allows connection to IT systems for the collection and sending of production data information,
• can be combined with an external totalization system for the automatic packaging and labeling of boxes for shipping and logistics procedures.
